Steps For Warranty Claim Form

1. Claim form must be filled out.
2. Contractor warrants that the work has been carried out in a workmanlike manner. Labor is guaranteed for one year and applies only to Repairs. Complete roof replacements carry a 10 year labor warranty or in accordance with manufacturers or other limited warranties unless stated otherwise.
3. Warranty does not cover damages caused by the Owner, their agents, animals, clogged gutters or gutter guards, storm damage, fallen trees and branches, severe weather, fire, ice, tornado, hail, vandalism or other acts of nature.
4. In the event Contractor is notified to perform warranty work and Contractor determines that work is NOT covered under an applicable warranty, Owner will pay $125.00 to the Contractor as a service fee for the site visit.
5. Attach photos showing areas of concerns and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
